There have been significant updates to algorithms as well as the way existing fields behave. For example, the behavior of the heat recovery bypass control type field in the OA controller object has changed. Carefully examine the choices and behavior of fields in the outdoor air controller objects. Read the Input/Output reference.Here is the HX bypass control change as an example:
The release notes list features and bug fixes but are quite voluminous and probably not the right resource to pin-point issues with a particular model and version upgrade:
Curious to know if you are talking about the DOE prototype models or your own models.
