The IDF File/IDF Editor does not know which weather file you
have selected -- IDF Editor doesn't read the weather file location
information.  So, it is showing whatever is in the IDF
File.

However, when you run the IDF File -- the weather file location
information will override whatever is in the IDF File.
If you do not have the proper design days, you will need to change them
in the IDF File.  Weather files do not override that
information.
