[EnergyPlus_Support] LEED BD+C v4 – Optimize Energy Performance - HVAC for logistical zones in a museum

Hi, 

I am modeling the baseline model for a museum in Design Builder and the project includes a lot of technical or logistical zones such as storages, locker rooms, backstage areas etc. 

How would you model HVAC for these kind of zones ?
