Check your boiler object, it has a sizing factor as well.
Check your design day schedules, in particular for abrupt recovery from a setback temperature and ramp them instead (e.g. Avoid having a heating temperature schedule that goes from 14C at night and goes back to 19C at 8:00 am sharp, your boiler will be sized the handle that sudden load).

Hi Ignacio: Indeed the sizing period weather is more extreme than the norm. I did size my equipment using the sizing days, however, I also reported simulation results on the days. These results did not show boiler or chiller loads of more than about 70% of the autosized boiler/chiller capacity.
