[EnergyPlus_Support] Energy plus condition imposed schedule

Hello!

Is it possible to create a schedule in energy plus, which is triggered by a certain condition?
Specifically, I want to create a night ventilation schedule that will open the window if the temperature outside is lower than the temperature inside, or if the temperature outdoors is (for example) >18 and <24.
