Hamdi,
I'm curious how Elements can calculate the wind speed, solar
radiation and relative humidity based on the input latitude and
longitude? That would be some very smart algorithm and make it
unnecessary to even collect weather data! Also, what do you mean
by the weather file working fine in EnergyPlus? That the program
didn't blow up?

Dear Koji,
I use Elements sofware to create a weather file ( EPW)
file for EnergyPlus. It is available at no cost. In my
case, i need a weather file for Aceh, Indonesian. I took
Penang weather file as the nearest location, then I took
monthly max average and min average from Aceh weather
station data. Elements does the so called the
Normalization and produce complete data for Aceh. Wind
speed, solar radiation and relative humidity were
calculated automatically by Elements according to the
inputted latitude and longitude. I have tested and works
fine in EnergyPlus.
