[EnergyPlus_Support] Radiant cooling systems

Any one working or extensively worked on Radiant cooling system design using energy plus?

I have few queries like...

Any one oberved this phenomenon 

Title Cooling load calculations for radiant systems: are they the same traditional methods?

it was said that radiant cooling system design cooling load will be higher than conventional HVAC system cooling load due to following reasons

1) in radiant cooling system, radiant load will become instantaneous along with convective load and hence the peak will be higher and will occur much earlier.

2) in conventional cooling systems, since there is no cooling source, the radiant part will be hidden and convective gain will become instantaneous. radiant part will be released later on.

did any one observe this trend? 

I want an radiant cooling system designer advice on this.
