Another way is to add a separate DesignDay object for each month. These are found in the same manner as opening an IDF, except you select the "DesignDay" file type (see lower right corner of the image.

This approach is more common for cooling loads which sometimes peak at a non-typical month, such as when glazing is a major factor and cause a peak cooling load in the winter months. (Thanks Mike Witte!), but it may help you.

I think Richard's suggestion will work well for you.

in mind that it is OK to not reach the peak load on a few days of the
year so that the HVAC system does not need to be sized larger than
needed for most of the year. You can also look at the number of heating
hours not met to get an indication of how often this is a problem.
Meeting 95% of the load on the peak day sounds reasonable and only a few
10s or low 100s of heating hours not met also seems reasonable.
