Hi Javed, 

I tried running the file you mentioned with EP 9.2.0 on my windows 64 bit system and it runs fine. (see attached) 

I would suggest uninstalling the EnergyPlus 9.2.0 and reinstall it. 

If the problem persists, let me know.
