I have uninstalled v9.2 and problems remains the same however, after uninstalling all the previous versions (v8..8, 9.1) and installing v9.2, it got resolved.

I tried running the file you mentioned with EP 9.2.0 on my windows 64 bit system and it runs fine. (see attached) 

I would suggest uninstalling the EnergyPlus 9.2.0 and reinstall it. 

If the problem persists, let me know.

 I am trying to test an example file 'SmallOffice_CentralDOAS.idf' [Eplus v9.2] for some reasons. The following error occurs when when i try to run this via EP-Lunch without making any changes in the file. Any help would be appreciated.
