[EnergyPlus_Support] Regarding simulation in energyplus

Gd morning, Myself a research scholar working in phase change materials incorporated building wall. I have a few doubts regarding simulation work as follows, your response will be helpful in proceeding my work further. Thank you sir.

1. Whether Phase change material be simulated in Energyplus?

2. Whether it is possible to determine indoor air temperature of a room, for the given building material property and outdoor temperature?

3. Can I use energyplus separately or need third party software like design builder?
