Jean and other EnergyPlus_Support members,
Since the end of last year when Yahoo Groups announced reducing the features in their mailing lists (removing archives and making it more difficult to subscribe) we have been considering various options, none of them ideal.. I put together a survey in January with the results showed below:
- Create a new energyplus_support mailing list on onebuilding.org like bldg-sim and equest-users and other mailing lists (I'm familiar with this since I administer those other lists) and move the archive there.
- Setting up a new Discourse forum (see https://www.discourse.org/ and https://meta.discourse.org/) which can be used as both an online forum and a mailing list (you can get notifications and reply by email) and move the archive to https://www.mail-archive.com/

Yahoo Groups is shutting down! To which website will the Forum migrate to?
We’re shutting down the Yahoo Groups website on December 15, 2020 and members will no longer be able to send or receive emails from Yahoo Groups. Yahoo Mail features will continue to function as expected and there will be no changes to your Yahoo Mail account, emails, photos or other inbox content.
