[Equest-users] How to set DIAGNOSTIC to COMMENT in eQuest

In the front of the .inp file is a space for diagnostics. You may put
into the .inp file at this point anything like this:
 
DIAGNOSTIC COMMENTS ERRORS ..
 
Look at Page 12 of the DOE-2.2 Volume 2 (Dictionary) for examples.
