I wonder if you could add it into the 'BDLExt32.ini' file and have
eQUEST wizard spit it out as it creates an inp.
Emphasis on the wonder because I have not tried editing that file yet
but it sure looks tempting to add a write line there.

In the front of the .inp file is a space for diagnostics. You
may put into the .inp file at this point anything like this:
DIAGNOSTIC COMMENTS ERRORS ..
Look at Page 12 of the DOE-2.2 Volume 2 (Dictionary) for
examples.
