Try this site for your TMY3 files for eQUEST:

Changing utility rates in the detailed edit mode is done through the
Utility & Economics tab. If you double click on you electric rate (or
whatever other rate you have built). It's the one in this image right
below the global parameters. It will allow you to add block charges and
ratchets if needed, or simply create a simplified rate directly.

Hello all,

 

I am trying to put a TMY3 weather file into eQuest and I get an error,
see attached bmp. Is there a difference between a TMY file and TMY3
file? I got the TMY3 file from White Box Tech

Also is there a way to change the Elec and Gas Rates once you get into
Detailed Data Edit Mode in eQuest?
