[Equest-users] Cooling Energy Consumption

The SS reports are system level only (think air handlers). The PS and PV
reports are plant level (think chilled water plant). The BEPS report
includes the entire energy associated with Cooling Energy, where the SS
report may not (depending on your system). Check the PV-A, PS-A, PS-E,
PS-C and PS-D reports to see if those make sense.

My Space Cooling energy consumption from the BEPS report and the Cooling
Energy on the SS-A report do not match, it seems to be leaving out a
rather significant portion of the load.  Why is this and is there a way
to fix it?
