eQuest automatically generates the .csv fime of the PS-E summary of gas and electric demand and consumption.

Other than that, you can open the .sim file as a text file, cut out the report you want, save IT to another text file. Then open the next text file upu within Excel and parse your columns. Presto, and Excel file.
