[Equest-users] Daylighting Wizard Screen Not Available When Selecting 'YES"?

All:

When selecting 'yes' for daylighting controls in the design development
wizard the daylighting screen does not appear for editing.  Has anyone
experienced this and how can I get the screen to appear in the wizard?
