[Equest-users] Analysis for a single area on a building

Hello everyone I need a simulation of the heating and
cooling consumption but only for a CT room and X-ray room on hospital. I
know the year rates for HVAC for the whole building.

Is it possible to run a simulation on equest just for a single room?. If so,
which building type should I use "health medical (outpatient)"
