[Equest-users] HVAC system modeling

Dear all,
I am trying to model an HVAC system wich is connected to a district cooling
plant and wich include an equipement that I can't understand how it works
(as per the image attached here), could you give me oversights on this and
if I can use a fan coil instead of it if there is no way to input it in
eQuest?
