[Equest-users] PoolPak - pool modeling

Could someone come up with a solution for modeling a PoolPak unit?

The unit first cools the return air, then mixes it with outdoor air (through an economizer), reheat it if necessary before supplying to the pool area.
The reheat may come from the condensation of the refrigerant. Additionally, condensation of the refrigerant may provide heat for heating the water.

I already have the evaporation  rate from the pool.
