[Equest-users] LEED Modeling question

Does anyone know if the LEED folks will allow baseline modeling with a central 
water heater with recirc. loop and then proposing individual point of use water 
heaters with no recirculation pumping?  I want to separate a 60 gallon electric 
with pump into a 15 and 40 gallon point of use with no pump.  
Any suggestions.
