[Equest-users] System Compliance Heating and Cooling Values

[Amber Welsh]

When asked to input compliance heating and cooling capacities, do you
input scheduled values or multiply scheduled values by 1.15 and 1.25 for
cooling and heating, respectively?  Thanks.
