[Equest-users] HVAC help

I'm working for an ESCo in Italy. The technical world of air conditioning 
(cooling) is new to me, since in north Italy that are still not that 
defused. I'm new with eQuest, so I have lots of problems in the HVAC section. 
looking for tips on how to approach this section, because i got lost with all 
requested information in eQuest.
