[Equest-users] HELP!! - Value is not within the allowable range

[Cooper, Brian D CIV NAVFAC Lant]

The Equest Error ' "Value is not within the allowable range." appears whenever accessing any Reports. The simulations run without error and the Sim Reports and .bdl files don't show any errors. I've tried a few different test files and all get the same error. Has anyone seen this problem? 

Running on XP on a Navy NMCI computer (encrypted, lots of access restrictions, etc). Could it be a rights issue?

There  are 3 other posts on this site from users with the same error. Nobody has answered any of these posts. Where else can someone get support?
