[Equest-users] eQuest error message: "An invalid argument was encountered."

Occasionally, after I click "Finish" on the Building Creation Wizard, I
get an error message saying "An invalid argument was encountered".
After that, it will not finish the wizard and I also cannot re-open the
wizard (although eQuest is not completely frozen).  Does anyone know why
this is happening?
