for my base LEED model I am using electric re-heat at VAV boxes.  I have the issue there.  I think I just have to turn it off to make all of this work.....i think.

Hi Paul,

Click through all the tabs in the Heating inputs and make sure you don't have any supplementary heat in there that shouldn't be included.  I believe eQuest add a supplementary furnace automatically to all systems and you have to remove it.  I hope this helps.

I am getting a heat load in the middle of the cooling season.  I don't believe it.  the system is VAV, chilled water with reheat coils at the boxes only.  Office Building in a semi-tropical zone (3).

I understand that I should be able to turn the heat off/make unavailable, but the instructions on how seem cryptic.....that or my brain is overloaded.  Can someone provide a quick answer ton how to do it?

Thanks!
