[Equest-users] Question marks in eQ-Refrig

Dear all,
I'm a new user of eQuest. I got the eQuest version 3.61 from the website www.doe2.com. I used this version toward using eQ-Refrig.
But I got question marks in the button "Refrigeration" and in Refr System Tab (I tested this version in two operating systems : Windows 7 and XP). I have the same problem when I use eQuest 3.55.Please check the image attached to this mail for more information.
Is there any solutions for this issue ? thanks in advance.
