[Equest-users] basement door

Hello
 
I am a new user to eQuest and I have two question.
 
1.  The top (3rd) floor of the building I'm modeling does not cover the enitre surface area of the building and part of the roof of the second floor is exposed to the outside.  How do I make the second floor roof partial exterior and partially interior?
 
2.  How do I include a door that leads down to the basement?  The basement is completely below grade.
