The miscellaneous loads are probably reporting out as equipment loads

FYI - 4W/ft2 is pretty high for equipment loads - unless your modeling a research lab type environment.

Subject: [Equest-users] Misc Loads

Hi all,

I have a question regarding miscellaneous loads in Design Development Wizard in eQUEST (Screen 20 of 25).

If we increase load in misc. for any of the spaces to let say 4 W/sq ft, the misc. equipment loads in BEPS report shifts to a very very high number.

Any idea, what all is contributing to such a high number.

Please note that there is no Water side HVAC involved.

Thanks,

Sunayana Jain
