[Equest-users] Exterior Building Lighting Power Compliance (Non-Tradable Lighting Applications)

Hi, does anybody know if your installed exterior lighting for non-tradable applications (façade) consumption is bigger than allowed, you would not pass the credit? Is there some type of exemption to this?
