[Equest-users] Is there a way to change infiltration rate when the HCAV is operating or not

I'd like to change the infiltration rate from 0.25 ACH to 0.5 ACH when
the HVAC is and is not operating. Is there a simple way to do this?
Preferably in the DD Wizard but I expect I'll have to do it in the
Detail Design mode
