We are currently modeling a multi-use building. This includes apartments,
resident amenities, a Boys and Girls Club, and retail. Each of these areas
have a different HVAC system (e.g. residential are heat pumps,
retail/amenities are split-systems plus furnace, and Boys and Girls Club is
central boiler system). Each of these four spaces are over 25,000 SF. In
this case, how should the systems be layed out for the LEED baseline model?

Thanks,
