[Equest-users] U Factor Issue

Hi there, I´m working in a medium size project of a warehouse, apparently
all in eQuest  is working fine but when I  saw the results for the glass in
all my windows the U-Factor values are wrong, I want to know if somebody has
already had this problem or if exists any formula or something for make an
input accurately for the glass factor values in a correct way, thanks in
advance, best regards.
