[Equest-users] Building Facade Lighting Power Allowance

Dear All,

I would appreciate it a lot if you took a look at the attached renders 
regarding external lighting with LED strips in a LEED building. How 
would you calculate the baseline allowance in this case, is the lighted 
wall area to be taken as the whole surface including the glazing or just 
the spandrel band that the LED strips are mounted on?
