[Equest-users] Baseline system 5 vs wshp

Hello Equest-Users, 

We have submitted a project for LEED and have received feedback that states
the energy savings ( in therms ) is unsubstantiated. Has anyone else
compared a vav w/ reheat system to a wshp system? Our model shows a 60%
savings in therms, does this seem excessive? I've checked the inputs and
can't see why this might be happening.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
