What level of savings are you expecting?

It looks like the baseline model LPD is 1.0 W/SF throughout, and the
proposed model is 0.61 W/SF in most spaces, with some at 0.68.  That should
be nearly 39% savings over baseline, which is what I got when I ran the
models.

 

Places to look for add'l savings:

I don't see any difference between your models for the exterior lighting
load on energy meter 1.  

It looks like you have some zones set up for daylighting, but they're
currently not enabled.

Are the blanket 1.0 and 0.61/0.68 LPDs realistic?  Sometimes you can get
better overall savings when you go space-by-space.

The lighting schedules are identical between the models.  Will you be using
occ sensors in spaces in the proposed bldg where it's not required in the
baseline, or some other lighting control scheme that exceeds 90.1
requirements?

Is there task lighting?  Don't see anything in the equipment tab.

I am working on my LEED models and am finding that I'm not getting as much
lighting savings as expected.  Does anyone have any suggestions on some
items to look at?
