[Equest-users] use for residential

That is a coincident.  I used it to model a house with 23 fan coils and a 40 ton air cooled chiller.  Oh yes, I did say house.

Hi Brain:

 

I have personally created a house with eQuest and performed about 20 EEMs on it (various window, wall types, roof R values, unit efficiency). My key is to only model it as one zone, unless you have a ritzy house that has 2 AC zones.

 

Do you bills to match so you are getting a good fit?

Is eQUEST an acceptable program for analyzing single family residential?  I’m assuming you can show it as multifamily, low-rise exterior entrance.  Thank you in advance.
