[Equest-users] VAV System - high cooling energy in winter

I’ve tried adjusting the schedules and that made little difference, the
building is still heating and cooling 8,760 hours per year.  Also, I’ve
tried eliminating the plug loads and that also made no difference.

Hi Mike,



Looks like you are using the same schedules for both heating and cooling,
and I would take a look at that.

Another item could be your heavy plug loads.

The chilled water usage is much higher in the winter time than expected.
