The little "X" icon on the top right deletes the currently selected vertex.
You can click that 4 times to start from scratch ;).

Subject: [Equest-users] Trouble with CAD footprints
I have the CAD outline of my building (yellow outline below), but I am
having trouble tracing it because there is a rectangular shape (the red and
blue lines) that shows up and I don't know how to edit it. I have used a
footprint before, but I am still new to eQuest and can't figure out how to
get rid of the rectangle so I can create my custom shaped footprint.
Thanks,
Sol
