>From discussion with the site contacts and some of the data we pulled from the management's EMS system, we know that the building's balance point is 47 degF outdoor air temperature.  Above that temperature, no heat is required in the building.

Is there a place to enter this into eQuest so that it will be able to know when the heating hours required based on the temperature data?
