[Equest-users] question eQuest HVAC SYSTEM TYPE - please help

Hello,

I've just started using eQuest and I have a problem understanding how to
select the proper HVAC system type for this situation.

I'm trying to model a 5 floor office building 57,156 sqf.
It has- cooling source: Chilled water coils, heating source: Hot water
coils.
The building was realized with a Central AHU with preheat/precooling
chamber of outdoor air (with 2 chillers and 2 boilers on the rooftop)
There are also fan-coil units in every office, which include cooling as
well as heating (4-Pipe Fan Coils)  - system with no additional outside air
ventilation supply - it recirculates the air from the room and provides
supplementary cooling or heating for user preferences. There are CO2
sensors.

For me it seems like they are 2 system types in the same zone, but since
this option is impossible to choose in equest, I don t know which system
type to choose or how to combine this in one system?
I thought about selecting Multizone Air Handler with HW Heat, in the DD
wizard, and combine fan coils plus dedicated outside air system and
introduce the sum at the Power and Mtr Eff - for the Supply Fans?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
