[TRNSYS-users] Inability to open simulation result in excel

Hello,
        I am a new TRNSYS user. I tried displaying my simulation graph in excel but i keep getting this message "The system cannot find the path specified" each time i try to open the external file in TRNSYS16. Please how do i go about this because i need to show my graph in excel in order to analyse the result better.
