Shahen,
   The Type56 QSENS output shows you the loads on each airnode of the 
building. Negative values of QSENS indicate heating loads while positive 
values indicate a cooling load. It is often less trouble to use the 
QHEAT (NTYPE30) and QCOOL (NTYPE31) outputs instead. These are simply 
the heating loads and cooling loads respectively.
