Hi Tom:

Please send your .INP and .PD2 files. And what version of eQuest you are running (3.64 or 3.65).

We need to see the files to best help you.

I am also having a similar problem for an office building in Ohio using eQuest.  The annual peak demand by end use report shows zero demand for cooling, yet there is the expected amount of space cooling in the monthly peak demand by end use and the expected amount of space cooling consumption kWh usage.  Everything else seems to be in order….

Could this be an eQuest glitch?

Thanks,

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Regarding problem of Zero Electric Demand

Hello All,
I am using Energy Plus software to analyse a building located in Barcelona, Spain. In the LEED report it is indicating the Electric Demand for space cooling & Interior Lighting is zero, is it possible?
I have tried many times to solve this but unable to do so, please suggest me how can i resolve this problem?

Thanks with regards

Sheelam Khare
