[Bldg-sim] CXL - ComCheck XML Schema

Hi all,

Does anybody know where the ComCheck XML schema is? According to the saved
.cxl files, it should be located here:
http://energycode.pnl.gov/ns/ComCheckBuildingSchema

There are two file formats to save ComCheck files in - a binary and an XML
file. The XML file is plain text and can be generated by anybody who knows
the format of the file.

I'd like to create some scripts that output ComCheck compatible files, and
if the schema is available, I wouldn't have to reverse engineer it.
