[EnergyPlus_Support] EnergyPlus and Coupling TRYSNS/COMIS

I think most of you know these two or three softwares. 
But I am confused with the function of these programs.
May I know what is the detail difference between them??
TRYSNS--thermal simualtion
COMIS--air simulation
Energyplus--energy simluation
