Yes, zone multipliers can be used to multiply similar zones. So,
yes, you could change the size of a building with just one parameter.
Modeling the shading effects of vines is something I have never done.
You may wish to ask that question in a more general modeling forum,
such as bldg-sim@xxxxxxxx, where there are users of many different
simulation tools. Someone there may be able to offer some guidance
