It's actually more involved than what Mike has indicated -- assuming you 
processed this raw data file before I uploaded the new EPlusWth.dll to the 
files area.

There was a bug in part of the WYEC2 processing (weather codes) that would 
give erroneous results and cause EnergyPlus to think it was raining when it 
wasn't.  So, you may need to re-process the raw weather file. (after 
downloading the updated DLL of course).

In addition -- I see we have the IWEC Canberra file in the weather data 
section but if you would like to have any / all Australian weather sites 
that you have access to processed and put where others can use it, just 
give me an email and we can discuss.
