[EnergyPlus_Support] Report meter: Energy consumption

Hello again
 
Another note on the report meter variable. Here's part of the output
file I am getting:
 

Date/Time
Electricity:Facility [J](TimeStep)
Electricity:Facility [J](Hourly)

Say, on 21st January, 00.15 hrs, Energy consumption was 558886 J, is it:
1.       The value from 00.00 - 00.15 hrs, OR
2.       The value at 00.15 hrs? I mean on that particular moment of
time
 
Question number two:

 
The graph shows the change in energy consumption. If the answer to the
1st question is No. [2], What is the daily consumption: Is it the area
covered by the curve in the above graph?
